【英文摘要】 Capability is a kind of skill suiting for the living enviornment in society.Man who obsesses good capability can suit for the development and enviornment of his age very well.The development and cultivation of the children s capability should start at their infant time.And we should develop the children s ability in the field of their character、the right judgement、communication、language and learning scientifically and systematically.
